In 2019 Capsulit S.p.A. acquired the majority shares of Giglioli Fabrizio S.r.l., now called Capsulit Giglioli S.r.l., an Italian company specializing in the processing of plastics and in the production of primary packaging for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food markets.

All production phases are carried out in an ISO 8 clean room and comply with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications, guaranteeing high standards of quality and cleanliness.

In addition to injection molding and assembly lines, Capsulit Giglioli boasts a wide range of latest generation machines with various technologies for the production of hollow bodies, where the leading items are PET containers. These include pfp28 mouth bottles for the pharmaceutical market with capacities from 60 to 250 ml, pill containers in various colors and capacities, with volumes from 75 to 500ml, vials and single-dose vials in multiple shapes and sizes, with capacities from 10ml onwards. Also available are related closures, kits and accessories to be combined with the different containers to complete the offer.

A dynamic and flexible company, it is able to meet customer needs in terms of volumes and lead times, relying on the availability of a just-in-time warehouse on standard items and high-performance molds.

It also offers an in-house screen printing service and the ability to create and customize products based on customer requests.

In fact, today Capsulit and Capsulit Giglioli have combined more than one hundred years of experience and are able to provide the market with a single point of reference for integrated packaging, relying on Capsulit Giglioli for the containers and Capsulit Spa for the related closing systems.
