Provision of data
The user is free to provide personal data, except as specified regarding the browsing data.

Providing data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data are processed. Failure to provide the data identified with the wording “(requested)” or identified with an asterisk * will make it impossible to obtain the information requested or to use the Controller’s services.

Recipients
Your data will be processed by companies contractually linked to Capsulit SpA, in order to comply with the existing contracts or related purposes, and in particular, your data may be disclosed to third parties included in the following categories:

– persons who provide services to manage the information system used by Capsulit SpA and the telecommunication networks;
– self-employed professionals, firms or companies in the context of assistance and consulting relationships;
– operators of platforms for the above listed services (website hosting);
– competent authorities in order to comply with legal obligations and/or the provisions of public bodies, on request;

The persons included in the above-mentioned categories act as a Processor, or operate completely independently as separate Controllers.

Data transfer to another country and/or to an international organisation
The personal data provided are not transferred outside the European Union.

Data subject’s rights | Complaint to Supervisory Authority
You may exercise your rights as expressed in arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, by contacting the Controller, by sending an e-mail to the following address: privacy@capsulit.it or by calling the following number: (+39) 039-627851. You have the right, at any time, to request the Controller to be able to access your personal data, to rectify, to delete your personal data, to restrict the processing.

Furthermore, in the cases foreseen, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, for example: profiling), as well as to revoke the consent given without prejudicing the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent prior to the revocation.

You have the right to the portability of your data, in the cases foreseen, and in this case the Controller will provide the personal data which concern you in a structured format, commonly used and legible by an automatic device.
