The automatic vision systems control 100% of the output, on production lines which in some cases reach a productivity of about 40.000 / 50.000 pcs./ hour.

They guarantee the internal and external inspection of the product manufactured (therefore their performances are up to 100.000 inspections per hour !!!); the several controls (which can involve colours, shapes, dimensions, sizes) can be applied to both plastic and aluminum Capsulit output.

The above mentioned system can guarantee the absolute sureness to eject the defected pieces manufactured, and they have been previously validated on caps for injectable solutions (with the control of several parameters as the position of the hook-wings of the plastic top on the aluminum seal, the colour of the aluminum seal and of the plastic top, the shape of the components, the absence of burr, filament, black spot, or silking, etc.), and as a further step they have been validated also on the PILFER PROOF production lines (for syrups, mouth wash, drinkable product in general) with the necessary modifications.
